Ignore the bodies

This is just the problem when you've got a landscape littered with passed-out inebriates. You really don't know, and don't want to make the effort to find out if every one you pass is alive or dead, just a normal passed out, or having some serious medical problem. So you just go about your business amidst the fallen bodies.
